The Turner Law Firm is really excited about our new offices at 2601 Ocean Park Blvd., Santa Monica. We are excited to be back in Santa Monica, particularly in the Ocean Park business district. The Ocean Park business area is home to some of the Westside’s largest media and technology companies including Activision, Pandora and Amobee.
We designed the new offices to be more functional than traditional law firm design, and instead we focused on ergonomics – we long ago embraced a cutting edge paperless law practice and standing desks. Contractor George Cedeño did a great job on a TI build-out, with the help of building owner Alissa Bartle.
When we our lost our fancy high-rise lease because the mighty Trope law firm closed, we reached out to the usual real estate brokers, who simply showed us the same tired and overpriced West L.A. high-rise buildings. Megan took over the search and quickly accomplished our goal of being in a well-managed and smaller family owned building.
Our office is situated across the street from the Santa Monica Airport, the Santa Monica Business Park and Clover Park. Our offices are within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops along Ocean Park Blvd.
The office is easy to get to by car, plane or bike. Ocean Park is just south of the Santa Monica Freeway (I-10), (Centinela Avenue exit 2A/B). The location is more convenient for both clients and us. There is a Hule bike rack across the street at Clover Park. And even Megan’s bike ride to work is a bit shorter.
