American Legion Post 283 honored Keith Turner for his contributions to the Palisades community and for being a receipent of the Golden Spark Plug Award. Along with a passion for legal work in the community’s view rights, Keith has been organizing the Palisades Fourth of July Fireworks pre-show. The pre-show featuring some of the communitys many talanted bands has been more and more succesful each year since its inception. Keith has summed up his experience in the community since promoting and organizing the event as “…being a blast being a celebrity in town”[.]
